Our restaurant brings character and warmth to every stay and has become a gathering point for travelers from across the region, drawn by its authentic and delicious cuisine. Each dish reflects the essence of our surroundings, prepared with seasonal ingredients, fresh from our garden, and unique local products.
After a day of outdoor activities, the crackling fire in the restaurant welcomes guests with a glass of wine and a dinner crafted for pure enjoyment.
Each evening, the Ruca Kitai kitchen offers authentic Patagonian flavors in a three-course experience: appetizer, main course, and dessert.
Dishes are crafted with regional and seasonal products, blending technique, identity, and elegance. Patagonian trout, local lamb, and wild berries become memorable culinary experiences, where local flavors turn exquisitely unique.
At Ruca Kitai, we grow far more than food: we grow connection to the land, the cycles, and the essential flavors. Our organic garden offers a variety of vegetables, greens, aromatic herbs, and edible flowers that nourish a seasonal, conscious, and creative cuisine. We also include wild and ancestral species from the region—plants that were part of the Mapuche diet and that we now reclaim with respect and care.
Every ingredient that reaches the table retains its origin, its seasonality, and its identity. In the hands of our signature kitchen, these ingredients are transformed into dishes that blend technique, authenticity, and sensitivity, elevating the dining experience into a journey as memorable as the landscape that surrounds us.
